"I have tried two other brands of fly wraps, but they always sagged and one of them only lasted two days before a couple of them were ripped up. These Fly Wraps seem to be more quality made. They are holding up very well so far and stay in place to do their job."

great fly boots/Fly Wraps
— Montara, CA
"This is the 3rd set I've bought. I have a very large warmblood (just under 18 hands) who lives outside 24/7. He has 4 white socks-which the bugs love. I also have a very sensitive Danish warmblood who can't stand our bugs and goes crazy. Both horses live in these fly boots. They fit extremely well and they have elastic on the velcro closures so they won't cord or bind them. I haven't come across any other brand with the elastic. Very durable too."

“I ordered three sets of Fly Wraps last month and can't say enough good things about them. They're one of the best buys in the equine market today! You can read my review on the Horse Tack Review website.”
My corrals have never been so stomp-free! Thank you for creating such a wonderful product.

"this is the second set of these fly boots i have purchased. my horse has to wear fly boots 3/4 of the year. i have tried other boots but they ripped in a week or two. these boots lasted over a year - which is saying A LOT! my horse wears them all the time - in his stall, in his paddock, turned out...all the time! the price is great and the quality is the best I’ve found!"

Great Fly Wraps!
January 16, 2010
— N.L. Kagan
“I have three horses, two of which have hoof/tendon issues that aren't helped by constant stomping to get rid of flies on their legs. I had purchased a set of fly wraps (different brand) from a local tack shop at a hefty $64.00, with the intention of putting a pair on each horse’s front legs. My quarter horse had them off before I even finished trying to put them on my Arab, who swam in them. They were horrible and unfortunately, nonreturnable. I decided to do some research on the web which led me to Fly Wraps. At $39.95 a set, I decided to go for it and purchased a set for all three of my horses.
Likes: I have a 1200 lb. quarter horse (the escape artist), an 1100 lb. mustang and a 950 lb Arabian. The three elasticized straps allowed a custom fit for each horse. The wraps stay up and on all day (no slouch sock syndrome here). Having a choice of colors was an added bonus because it's how I keep track of what belongs to who. Anyone with horses knows they have a lot of "stuff" and having a color for each horse makes everything easier.
Dislikes: Absolutely nothing!!!!!
Quality: From the moment I opened the box, the superiority of the wraps was obvious. You can see and feel the quality of the materials used and they're extremely and consistently well constructed. No loosey, goosey anything.
Summary: These fly wraps are a no brainer and a bargain to boot (no pun intended). They've been designed and manufactured with an eye for excellence. Fly Wraps has combined high quality, comfort, performance and price in their wraps. That's quite an accomplishment in today's market and I'll be a customer for life!!!!! Oh, did I mention that they each came in their own great zip bag? Perfect for storing them in the off season.

“I LOVE your Fly Wraps. I write glowing reviews of your product to be posted on websites. I found that your Fly Wraps fit both my 15.1 hand quarter horse and my 17.1 hand Warmblood - and they are much easier to put on and take off than the Cashel wraps.”

"I love these boots ~ Fly Wraps. They are wonderful and really work. I try to keep my guys out during the day in the summer. They have a run in with a fan so they tend to stay in it. I see my TB mare stomping flies. bought two pairs of these, one for her and one for my gelding. They work wonderful. I even used them when the blacksmith came to shoe them the other week. Kept them quite happy.
I would never try any other kind...."

Good Turn Out boots

"My quarter horse has the worst time in the summer dealing with the horse flies. They get so bad that there will be blood on his legs. So after looking around the magazines and online, I decided to order these. They are awesome! They are tough, they do not fall down or come off. I've watched him gallop around the field, and roll with them, and they stay in place. He is no longer irritated and unhappy. I strongly suggest getting these for any horse who needs them."

"Everyone in our barn LOVES Fly Wraps. We order them every year. They stay up; they do not rub; insects can't get down inside from the top or up from the bottom; they last and we LOVE the STRETCH STRAPS that the others don't have. Our horses wear them all summer long. We LOVE the colors and the Quality of material. We found FLY WRAPS to last all season and wash really well. Thank you FLY WRAPS!"

“My horse has worn out her first set of Fly Wraps that I got for her last year. They are a great product – would recommend them to anyone!”

My wife and I bought several sets of Fly Wraps® units for $39.95 (you get 4 leg wraps for that price!) at www.flywrap.com.
Likes: Apparently this is the real original Mesh Leg Wrap, because we had problems with the other brands. These actually cover and protect from the knee area to the top of the horse’s hoof. It has brought a lot of comfort to all of our horses and they are much happier. We don't have to apply insecticide and the fabric is a free breathable. I cant tell enough about this especially in terms of wound care. No bandage changes!!! Great product for any horse farm or owner. Our vet now carries them in his mobile unit.
Dislikes: None
Quality: Well built, mess, velcro soft padding at points of contact. Washes well.
Summary: Great product for any horse farm or owner. Our vet now carries them in his mobile unit. We are definitely fans of fly wrap

A barn necessity

"These fly wraps are the best I've used! My 2 y/o was pulling her other ones off unless I used duct tape, but these she can't take off and they don't slide on her legs. They also fit my 8 y/o Tb perfectly and he has big legs and joints, as he's built more like a warmblood. The elastic makes them fit snug, but not too tight and the fleece makes them soft and comfortable."

"I have a new TB gelding who seems to cut himself on his lower legs. If I put TO boots on he manages to get himself just below the boots. These are great because they keep flies off his legs, allow for maximum ventilation, keep some of the mud off, & best yet, they protect all the way down to coronet band. I plan to use them this winter also."

Love These Wraps

"I really like how these Fly Wraps have worked out. They are effective, breathable, lightweight and have not worn sores or spots on my horse’s legs. However they aren't the most durable product. I had to stitch over the top of the velcro attachments. I still however recommend them, they are the best product on the market!"

We have been ordering and selling FLY WRAPS for over 10 years. FLY WRAPS was invented, patented and owned by Horse expert Beverly Gun-Munro who is a delight to know and do business with.
Likes: From: LUCKY D TACK SHOP: Greta Nebraska: WE LOVE THE NEW AND IMPROVED FLY WRAPS! WE LOVE THE NEW PACKAGING! WE LOVE THE 3 ELASTIC STRETCH STRAPS ON EACH WRAP! WE LOVE THE CUSTOM DESIGNED 'STAYS' - THAT HELP KEEP THEM UP! WE LOVE THE COLORS! WE, and our CLIENTS THINK FLY WRAPS ARE AWESOME! Keep up the great work! July 7, 2008
Dislikes: Absolutely nothing. These are the ORIGINALS, best made and all others are 'knock-offs' and inferior to FLY WRAPS effectiveness and usefulness to the lower leg of horses.
Quality: The best construction that has consistently been improved upon over the years using the best quality. We noticed even the trim, the shearling, fuzzy trim, is really high quality. FLY WRAPS also uses double binding, inserted custom designed domed 'stays' to prevent sagging and quality, wide STRETCH Straps that allow 'give' as the horse moves. We also love that they come as a set of 4 panels/package and 2 are market "Left" and 2 are marked "Right" to ensure that the elastic, stretch straps close towards the back of the horse, which is the proper way to apply wraps.
Summary: FLY WRAPS is the #1 most important fly control product all horse owners should invest in. This area of the horse is the only area Nature did not give horses a natural way to sweep insects from their skin. Nature gave them a tail that sweeps the body; a Mane to whisk insects off their necks; and a Forelock for their face ~ but the biggest concentration of flies is around the lower legs by virtue of the moisture and 'poop' on the ground. FLY WRAPS stops the 'stomping & stamping' that horses are forced to do to rid flies from their lower legs. FLY WRAPS also doubles and is a very effective breathable MEDICAL BANDAGE, MEDI-BANDAGE used and loved by Veterinarians.
